Assistant Coordinator, Clinical and Experiential Learning

The Assistant Coordinator, Clinical and Experiential Learning is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of non-credit clinicals and experiential learning for priority certifications. The Assistant Coordinator, Clinical and Experiential Learning will establish and maintain clinical affiliations with employers, track student hours, and communicate clinical and experiential learning assignments to students. The assistant coordinator will facilitate these clinicals throughout employer and workforce partner’s locations within Central Virginia. This position will perform quality control checks of clinical sites, maintain reports and student assignments, and be available for employer meetings to act as the subject matter expert for clinicals, internships, externships, and experiential learning. Type of Appointment: Full-time restricted twelve-month professional faculty-ranked position; continued annual employment based on funding availability.
