Job Description

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Clinical Director, Center for Individual/Couple/Family Counseling, Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine [R0133303]

ROLE of the POSITION

The Couple and Family Therapy (CFT) Program provides an on-site training clinic for Master's students in CFT as part of COAMFTE accreditation. All on-site clinics require a Clinic Director to manage the daily business functions of the clinic, provide supervision to student therapists, and respond to client needs. The CICFC Clinic Director oversees approximately 36 students, 5 student office assistants, and is responsible for handling ethical and legal issues surrounding the clinic.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires a Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university and 1 – 3 years of experience. Credentials must be obtained prior to the start of employment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) approved supervisor (or candidate). Must complete AAMFT approved supervisor within one year of hire. Management experience.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).

Administration

Other related mental health license
