Description
The Biodesign Institute's Center for Personalized Diagnostics is seeking an Assistant Research Scientist with an immunoassay background to work on state-of-the-art proteomics platforms.
Essential duties include:
- Master various protein array platforms developed in the Center for Personalized Diagnostics Train junior researchers in the lab and collaborators on protein array platforms Perform immunoassays, such as western and ELISA Perform general molecular biology tasks such as cloning, DNA prep, and PCR Perform scientific research using protein array platforms
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
A Ph.D. in Biology or related fields and a minimum of three years research experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong background in immunoassays Exceptional learning, writing, and presentation skills Exceptional organizational and time management skills Knowledge in using and troubleshooting automated instruments
