As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will help lead the design and administration of the full range of compensation programs designed to attract, retain, and motivate the University’s staff. You will be responsible for designing innovative and competitive compensation recommendations that align with the University’s compensation philosophy and are compliant with all applicable regulations. This individual contributor position supports a broad range of University departments and interacts and provides compensation guidance to all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will be able to provide creative solutions to complex issues, and confidently operate as a subject matter expert to the human resource team and University clients. A hybrid work schedule including a mix of in-office and remote work is available for this role.
