The School of Arts and Sciences at Springfield College is seeking to hire a number of faculty positions, all designed to promote diversity and inclusion in STEM, the social sciences and the humanities; promote innovative and inclusive teaching across the curriculum; and encourage interdisciplinary teaching, research, and collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to contribute to the College’s goals in these areas.

The searches are for positions in the following disciplines in the School of Arts and Sciences. Please consult position description via our career site at for further information about areas of specialization and qualifications:

  • Assistant Professor of Biology
  • Assistant Professor of Physics
  • Assistant Professor of Computer Science
  • Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice
  • Assistant/Associate Professor of Healthcare Management (1-year term, shared with the School of Health Sciences)
