Nutrition and Food Sciences - Adjunct Faculty
The Department of Public Health Sciences at California Baptist
University invites applications from qualified individuals to teach
on an adjunct basis in the Nutrition and Food Science program.
Adjunct Professors are assigned on an on-going, as needed
Master’s degree required. Relevant experience in nutrition,
dietetics, or food science/management desired. Adjunct faculty
members will embrace and support the mission of the university
Teaching responsibilities in the Nutrition and Food Sciences major.
Courses taught may include: Introduction to Nutrition and Food
Sciences, Lifecycle Nutrition, Community and Public Health
Nutrition, Food Processing and Engineering, Food Technology, and/or
Quantity Food Systems Management and/or similar courses as assigned
by the Department Chair.
