Founded in 1958, Florida Tech is a private, comprehensive, research intensive university offering undergraduate, master’s and doctoral degrees that prepare students for careers of the future. As Florida’s STEM University ™, Florida Tech’s approach to academics is research-driven, high-tech and hands-on, allowing its students to both gain knowledge and get real experience in applying it. Florida Tech comprises four academic colleges: the College of Engineering & Science, the College of Aeronautics, the College of Psychology & Liberal Arts, and the Bisk College of Business, and is home to 9,316 students, approximately 3,300 undergrads on campus and 4,594 online, from 50 states and 80+ countries; 450 faculty, and 730 staff members.
