Job Summary

Evaluates and manages the quality, consistency and accuracy of records for the Office of the Registrar; serves as the ADC submission and National Student Clearinghouse liaison for the university; provides training, direction, and supervision for the Armstrong campus when required.

Responsibilities
  • Perform related duties as assigned to support the mission of the University.
  • Assists in the submission and error correction of National Student Clearinghouse files for the university.
  • Ensures the validation of data for all third party data submissions is completed.
  • Evaluates discrepancies in Banner and other databases for possible errors and solutions.
  • Identifies opportunities related to data quality and reporting and makes recommendations for strategic and operational decisions.
  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of Banner and other consoles related to data integrity.
  • Responsible for the submission of ADC to the University System of Georgia.
  • Supervise Specialist for Data Integrity and Submissions area.
  • Create and generate reports through various analytical tools for improved efficiencies.
  • Test and implement upgrades to Banner and UPGR when required.
  • Develop and execute audit projects, including design, action plans, data management policy changes, large scale data cleanup, and presentation of results.


Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience
  • Three or more years of related work experience.

  • Supervisory Experience
  • One (1) to two (2) years of administrative support experience in higher education.
  • Experience with Banner student information system database and/or Ad Astra schedule software a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat DC, Adobe InDesign, Banner, Google Suites, and/or Digarc Curriculum software.


Proposed Salary

$19.95 - $22.53 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
