Patient Assistance & Record Associate
About the Opportunity
The Patient Assistance and Records Associate will assist the
Patient Assistance and Records Supervisor in the day-to-day
operation of the University Health and Counseling services.
Minimum of two years of related office experience, preferably in a
university/college health center, or an applicable customer service
setting. | Professional, diplomatic, reliable, personable, and
consistent customer service skills | Experience in using
Windows-based personal computer workstation, sufficient to
demonstrate proficiency in several computer-based applications
after training. This includes EClinical Works (ECW), Interactive
Client, and other software. | Knowledge of Medical Terminology
preferred | Ability to process phone and in person inquires in a
fast paced, often stressful environment, while exhibiting strong
communication skills, including listening, expression, and empathy.
| Ability to provide clear, consistent and accurate detailed
information regarding University Health and Counseling Services.

possesses the maturity to accomplish the multiple tasks at hand,

Rotating Saturday and evening coverage is required.
