Enrollment Management Coordinator
This creative and energetic individual will collaborate with campus partners to achieve university enrollment goals
An idea generator with strong creative problem-solving skills, excellent organization skills and superior attention to detail

  • Tracks all interactions with prospective students in CRM and Banner such as phone-a-thons, missing documents or “seal the deal” calls to be included in daily activity report
  • Implements and assists with specific initiatives that enhance the recruitment, and retention of students including outreach events activities to increase enrollment
  • Assists students and parents in the Financial Assistance process by:
  • Helping and advising with completion of FAFSA and appropriate required forms
  • Reviewing various types of Financial Aid available as well as award letter
  • Proactively providing information about the status of their financial aid
  • Advises and assists prospective students in navigating the enrollment clearance process, consistent with the University’s mission, accreditation standards, and applicable regulatory guidelines
  • Reviews, sets up, and assists students with payment options such as setting up payment plans
  • Assists and navigates prospective students through the admissions and registration process
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of Computers, database, spreadsheets and word processing
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience communicating with students through various channels
     

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience working in a team-oriented approach within a complex organization and experience serving diverse populations is required
  • Banner-familiar or other student information systems
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including report writing
  • Self-starting, able to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of professionalism, productivity, integrity and pleasant demeanor
  • Understands and is committed to the University’s core mission and strategic priorities
