Job Description

Calendar Management

Interact with Data Science and Analytics Innovation Center's External Constituents

Interact with the Executive Director’s staff as needed

Provide Administrative Support to Executive Director’s Executive and Advisory Committees

Scheduling and organizing:

• Coordinating events; event support
• Systematically tracking events and visitors

Travel arrangement, applications, reimbursements for center administrators, faculty, students, guests, etc.

Bookkeeping Responsibilities:

• Invoicing and communication with finance
• Track financial transactions
• Run applicable reports

Computer/Technology Skills:

• Utilize publishing software such as WordPress to update the online website and/or calendar

Help prepare newsletters, announcement, communication, etc.

Other administrative duties:

• Completing research projects to find information or to provide purchase support
• Initiate/process financial transactions
• Provide HR support in the hiring of new staff

Other duties assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Salary

Range: $48,900 - $55,000 , commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.
