Head Track & Field Coach

Buena Vista University, an NCAA Division III institution and member of the American Rivers Conference, is accepting applications for the position of Head Men's & Women's Track & Field Coach. Bachelor’s degree required; Master preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license, demonstrated successful coaching at the high school or collegiate level, and have a high commitment to the student-athletes success academically and athletically. Primary responsibilities of this full-time position, but not limited to, include the organization and supervision of intercollegiate track & field programs. Those responsibilities include recruiting student-athletes, fundraising for the program, oversight of the budget, and management of the track & field team. Applicants should possess a strong coaching background and demonstrated success recruiting student-athletes.
