Dordt University is currently seeking a full-time faculty member to
teach courses in the Mathematics & Statistics Department.
Candidates can expect to teach a variety of courses across our
curriculum, chosen in consultation with the department chair in a
way that aligns with your gifts and focus. All areas of
specialization will be considered, with special consideration given
to candidates in applied math, statistics, data science, or
analysis. While a master's degree is required, preference will be
given to candidates with an earned doctoral degree in Mathematics,
Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
The successful candidate will collaborate alongside a visionary
faculty and teach using curricular and pedagogical best practices.
In addition to teaching, this position will also include
participation as a full team member in department and university
administrative tasks (such as curriculum development and review,
assessment, development of new initiatives, student recruiting and
advising, and committee assignments).
