Position Details

The Biology Department at Wesleyan University seeks per-course visiting instructors for two upper-level undergraduate courses in developmental biology and/or evolutionary biology for the Spring 2023 semester (January-May). This could be a one- or two-course position depending on the interests and expertise of the candidate. The specific courses within developmental biology or evolutionary biology are negotiable, and would presumably be close to the candidate’s area of expertise. Wesleyan University is a selective liberal-arts university with Ph.D. programs in Natural Sciences and Mathematics and Music, with several diversity-promoting programs ( https://www.wesleyan.edu/inclusion/pie.html ).
Minimum Qualifications

Applicants are required to have a Ph.D. in Biology or a related field.
