Academic Operations Manager -Champlain College Online



Job Description:

The Academic Operations Manager position provides overall coordination and administrative support to all functions within Champlain College Online. The division is focused on adult learners and has six student intake periods per year.

This role manages course scheduling, course section enrollment, faculty appointment, data analysis, adjunct contract preparation, new hire coordination, curriculum development/revision processes, budget planning, facilities and office support. Provide pro-active and high-level administrative support to Chief Online Learning Officer and assists program directors in meeting the CCO and Campus enrollment management and program quality goals. Act as a communication point person and problem solver to CCO faculty, students, and College academic and administrative offices.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling, enrollment management, project/special events coordination. Provide pro-active and high-level administrative support
  • Work closely with Dean, Program Directors and Human Resources to coordinate all personnel-related functions
  • Oversee Division Academic budgets
  • Facilitation of Division Curriculum



Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Two years of college education required (B.A. / B.S preferred)
  • A minimum of three years of administrative support experience
  • Higher education experience preferred
