Rocky Mountain College of Art +Design is looking for an Academic Affairs Coordinator to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado. Our Academic Affairs Coordinator will provide support to the Academics Affairs unit, specifically the Dean of Faculty and Assistant Deans. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, driven and detail orientated. This position will provide administrative coordination for the Program Review and Assessment Committee (PRAC), ensure the college meets its assessment policies, maintain the Course Assessment 4-Year Master Calendar and other duties that will support the Academic Affairs department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Project management, report writing, and editing documents
  • Ability to maintain an electronic record system for assessment results, faculty, program, and school records
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and workload management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Must be a well-organized, reliable, enthusiastic individual to assist in the accreditation process.
  • Experience working in Higher Education preferred
