The salary range is $45,000 to $50,000 (Depending on if the candidate has a terminal degree or not). plus a comprehensive benefits package .

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Heathcare Administration or related field.
- Experience working in the field of Health Administration
- Terminal degree (PhD or Doctorate) in Healthcare Administration or related field
- ABD applicants will be considered if dissertation will be completed by July 1, 2023.
- Flexible communicator, who connects with audiences through writing and presenting
- Interpersonal skills, I.e. with students, colleagues, and others Fort Lewis College community members
- Experience with culturally-responsive teaching practices
- Teach courses in Health Administration as assigned by the Department Chair. This could include course design, planning and delivering class sessions, and assessing student learning.
- Maintain a regular schedule of office hours for students
- Collaborate with other faculty in planning, implementing, and evaluating health administration courses
- Collaborate with faculty and administration in developing the health administration program
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities.
- Instructors who are assigned courses in a distance format (hybrid, online, HyFlex) must have either 1) had formal professional development in online curricular design and instruction, or 2) must complete FLC’s institutional training within the first term of teaching in a distance format.
- Maintains knowledge and awareness of digital accessibility including the American with Disabilities Act and Section 508.
- Produces and remediates digitally accessible materials in accordance with FLC standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Ability to work in a confined area.
