Job Summary: SUNY Brockport is currently accepting applications for a full-time, two-year position starting in January 2023 with the possibility of renewal in the Department of Biology. The successful candidate will work with the course faculty to coordinate and implement the laboratory sections of Anatomy and Physiology I & II, as well as those of Survey of Anatomy and Physiology, a one-semester non-majors course offered in the fall and spring. During the summer sessions, the candidate will teach the laboratory sections of Anatomy and Physiology I & II. Non-teaching duties associated with the labs include weekly lab set-up, ordering lab reagents, and overseeing and directing the graduate teaching assistants for these labs.
Minimum Qualifications:

• M.S. in Biology or related field by time of appointment from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
  
• Ability to work effectively with students, public, college community and external constituencies, with an appreciation for cultural and group differences.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  
• Teaching experience at the College level.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
• Teaching experience in Anatomy and Physiology.
  Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM-4 PM Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary is $57,846. May be benefits eligible; more information at Careers@Brockport.
