The University of Pittsburgh invites applicants for the position of associate dean of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement. The School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences is looking for a dynamic individual to serve as a leader, knowledgeable consultant, trustworthy and thoughtful advisor, and advocate for change. They will be an institutional resource for instilling the school's values of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion and Belonging in our community and will track progress and outcomes toward these goals. The associate dean will assist and monitor all units of the school's efforts to recruit and retain diverse faculty, staff, and students, and will implement and oversee the development of programs and activities to support a culture of open inquiry, pluralism, and mutual respect throughout the school.
