Goodwin University is seeking a MSN prepared candidate to fulfill the role of clinical adjunct faculty in the Mental Health course, NUR 320 for the 15-week spring semester starting in January 2023.


Under the supervision of the Program Director, the candidate is responsible for overseeing assigned students’ clinical experiences including:
  • Facilitating the teaching clinical experience in a mental health setting
  • Grading individual student clinical packets each week
  • Completing mid-semester and final evaluation for each student
  • Reporting concerns from students or clinical partners
  • Cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with personnel at the clinical sites
  • Master’s degree in nursing (MSN)
  • At least two years’ teaching experience working with RN students
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • The ability to work collegially in a team environment
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
