Job Summary/Basic Function
The Enterprise Application Manager provides strategic direction and decision making around use of all administrative applications in place at the college. This position is responsible for understanding organizational operations in order to provide strategic direction and oversight utilizing these applications to accomplish business and learning objectives. This position is responsible for making certain that employees using all administrative services are provided strategic project management, adequate professional development, and/or in-house training to ensure the most effective use.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years’ experience managing and supporting a student information system ( SIS ) or enterprise resource planning ( ERP ) system and experience managing and supporting a portal (intranet) environment
• 2 years’ experience supporting end-users in relevant environments
• Proficient use of database systems with demonstrated knowledge of database structure, data modifications using SQL programming, and integration using stored procedures, triggers, views, etc.
• Proficient in report writing and demonstrated ability to create sophisticated reports
• Excellent inter-personal, writing, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
• 4 years’ of experience with data governance or data management
• 2 years’ of experience with documentation of data governance policy and standards across all enterprise data
• 4 years IT experience in an educational environment
• Jenzabar J1 experience working with all modules and CRMs
• Form Builder experience
• PDF Report portlet experience
• Microsoft Reporting Services experience
• Microsoft SQL Server experience
• Sybase Infomaker experience
• Experience managing complex projects
• Experience presenting to peer and supervisory groups
• Experience coordinating user requests via request tracking system
• Experience with electronic signature platforms
• Experience with electronic scheduling platforms
