Compass Service Representative



Job Description:

Champlain College is seeking a Compass Service Representative for our team. This role serves as a primary contact to the diverse community of Champlain College encompassing students, alumni, parents, faculty, and staff. Compass Student Services is the first stop for all business processes of the student lifecycle. Representatives gain an understanding of the work in our partner offices including Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Accounts services in order to effectively assist in questions that arise. We are looking for someone who will view situations through a student-centric lens.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service to students, alumni, parents, faculty, and staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate records and confidentiality for all of our customers
  • Build a working knowledge of Financial Aid, Registrar, and Student Account services through knowledge-sharing and training opportunities



Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
