Position Function

The Division’s Client Services Department is comprised of Account Strategists who serve as the primary interface between Division and client. Account Strategists provide counsel and high-level expertise and customer service while overseeing the implementation of strategic marketing and communications plans and ensuring highly effective outcomes.

Account Strategists are responsible for the oversight of assigned clients and manage the work of a cross functional team of successful professionals who excel in their roles to ensure client goals and measurable objectives are met. The success of the Account Strategist’s clients is their paramount concern.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Minimum Experience

At least three years of experience in communications, marketing, or related field.

Minimum Other
  • Motivated, organized and detail oriented.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle all work in an ethical and courteous manner.
  • Superior presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft platforms including Office, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
Authorization to work in the US

  • Involvement in the development and execution of marketing and communications strategic plans for clients or organizations.
  • Extensive knowledge of customer service-focused and client services business operations.
  • Proven ability to maintain and manage multiple clients.
  • Experience using project management software.
  • Dynamic leadership abilities.
