The Program & Event Operations Coordinator is an integral member of D'Amore-McKim's Office of Student Engagement, Affinity & Inclusion (OSEAI) and will have a direct impact on the undergraduate student experience. The Program & Event Operations Coordinator will work closely with OSEAI Director and Assistant Directors to support its portfolio of programs that aim to achieve the goals outlined in the D'Amore-McKim Strategic Plan, with an emphasis on activities that seek to cultivate inclusion and belonging to enhance the undergraduate student experience in D'Amore-McKim. The position will primarily assist the Director and Assistant Directors with managing program operations, event planning and logistics to support all OSEAI events and activities. Additionally, the Program & Event Operations Coordinator will be responsible for data management, event marketing/communication, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders as needed to support the effective delivery of OSEAI Programs.

The Program Operations Coordinator will be highly organized, skilled at problem solving, able to prioritize and execute simultaneous projects efficiently. Comfortable with using technology; managing data to track, analyze, report, and share program information with multiple stakeholders for diverse purposes that support the strategic initiatives of the D'Amore-McKim School of Business.


  • A Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively engage with a variety of audiences and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize along with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment; commitment to cultivating inclusive events and communities. Appreciation of how small details impact event experience is important.
  • Experience and comfort with technology and managing various data inputs a must, specifically Microsoft Office applications- Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, - and proficiency in various forms of social media - Instagram, Slack, LinkedIn etc. Familiarity with Canvas or similar LMS systems a plus.
