Incumbent provides and oversees the provision of logistical and
administrative support to the Stephen S. Weinstein Advocacy Program
(“Advocacy Program”), which includes oversight of and support for
approximately 50 adjunct faculty members. The incumbent also
provides student support services to all students affiliated with
the Advocacy Program, including LLM students, Mock Trial Honor
Society, Moot Court Honor Society, and Alternative Dispute
Resolution, Transactional team students, and interested JD
students. She/he assists with curricular planning; recommends, and
implements initiatives pertaining to the evaluation of faculty
- Provide support to adjunct faculty members teaching Advocacy
courses. Coordinate the scheduling, enrollment, and course
materials for Advocacy courses.
- Assist the Advocacy Program Director and staff in the
implementation of new curriculum. Coordinate identification of new
adjunct faculty members.
- Hire, train, supervise and evaluate any administrative staff.
Train and oversee approximately 5 student Dean’s Fellows/Research
Assistants per semester.
- Serve as the point of contact for students and staff interested
in the Advocacy Program and other mock trial programs. Maintain
Program contacts, appointments, and correspondence.
- Coordinate all administrative aspects of the Advocacy Program.
Provide adjunct faculty and student support.
- Coordinate logistics for major events sponsored by the Advocacy
Program, including the annual mock trial competitions. Identify and
recruit local attorneys, judges, and jurors.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, training, or
- 2-4 years of relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years of office
experience and/or in a university/law office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.

- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge of databases.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about Microsoft Publisher,
website design, and social media marketing.
