Reporting to the AVP and Dean of Undergraduate Admissions, the Associate Director is responsible for the production of reports of various University recruitment and admission statistics utilizing Ellucian Recruit, Colleague, website analytics and various marketing platforms. The Associate Director also provides detailed analyses and recommendations to assist in planning recruitment, marketing and correspondence campaigns with the University Director of Branding and Marketing and the Associate Vice President and Dean of Undergraduate Admissions. The position serves as the primary liaison with the Office of Information Resources and Technology ( OIRT ) and fills additional roles in support of the Office of Financial Aid. Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of admissions/enrollment management data production/analysis experience required.
3. Experience with CRM, SIS, computerized data management, spreadsheet, and other processing systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) required. Functional knowledge of Ellucian Recruit and Ellucian Colleague (or other), ImageNow, prospective generation (Niche, Naviance, etc.) and social media platforms. Ability to quickly learn new systems, and develop proficiency to troubleshoot systems, and assist with training of new users.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills.
5. Excellent administrative skills, especially the ability to manage sensitive information with decorum and confidentiality.
6. A willingness to travel between the Metropolitan and Florham campuses, as necessary, with a valid driver’s license and accessibility to transportation.
7. Must be willing and able to work extended time as necessary.
8. Employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. Candidates for hire will be required to sign a waiver authorizing the background check and produce a Social Security Card.
