The School of Kinesiology and Sport Management Program at the University of Michigan invites applications and nominations for two Assistant or Associate Professors, one specializing in Marketing and Data Analytics, and the other in Sports Venues. Candidates will be expected to maintain a robust, ongoing research program, secure and sustain extramural funding for an active research program at the University of Michigan, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, and conduct effective mentoring of trainees at the undergraduate, graduate and post-doctoral levels.
Requirements include a doctoral (Ph.D) degree in a related field, demonstrated academic independence with published research, mentoring and teaching undergraduate and graduate students and having independent research funding or demonstrated potential to secure future funding.
