Assistant Professor of Economics: Macroeconomics

The Department of Economics and Business invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the assistant rank in Economics and Business  to begin in August 2023. Candidates should have a PhD in economics. A minimum of 2-3 years teaching experience is preferred. The candidate should have a demonstrated proficiency in teaching and doing research in economics in a Christian liberal arts context.

Teaching responsibilities include a lower-division course in macroeconomics and upper-division courses in intermediate macroeconomics and economics electives such as international economics and environmental economics. Candidates are also expected to engage in research in the economics field and mentor undergraduate research.
