Responsible for assisting with application updates, print server
management and maintenance, and software monitoring solutions. This
role will help with installation, configuration, patching,
upgrades, and maintenance of endpoint software and operating
systems, printing, print server configuration, and print

Associate degree in computer science or related field OR an
equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience
supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with enterprise
systems and applications. Experience automating common operational
tasks. Knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems, security,
and networking principles in an enterprise environment.
Preferred experience: General understanding of imaging and image
creation methodologies; including MDM zero touch concepts,
network/PXe boot imaging. Fundamental Active Directory experience
including computer, group objects, OU structure and Group policy.
General understanding of deployment concepts and tools. JAMF Pro or
other Apple MDM for macs, MECM for windows. Print and printer
management. Experience with operating system patch management and
resolving security vulnerabilities. Experience with Microsoft
Intune and Azure, TeamDynamix or other enterprise ticketing
systems, Sassafras software asset management, Papercut print
management. PowerShell, any Linux shell. Linux systems
Most of the work of the incumbent is carried out within a generally
accessible, safe, indoor environment; hybrid work options are also
available. Then the incumbent will be required to use a personal
computer and associated equipment as well as other office equipment
used in the day-to-day operations.
