The Trenton State College Corporation is seeking candidates for Property Maintenance Worker role.

The Project specialist will be responsible for the following tasks regularly;
  • Respond to tenant work order requests for maintenance and repair, ensure requests are fulfilled promptly and competently.
  • Perform inspections of the properties for maintenance issues and upkeep duties as necessary.
  • Meet with vendors and outside contractors to provide access to properties as needed.
  • Being available for possible after hour issues to provide service in case of emergencies.
  • Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
  • Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technical skill. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
  • Snow removal services with use of a plow truck as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
  • Knowledge of general plumbing maintenance issues such as light repairs for unclogging pipes or repairing leaks in fixtures.
  • Years of experience-6 to 10
  • Degree-N/A
  • Demonstrated ability to Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs.
  • Availability to respond to after hours emergencies as needed.
