REGIONAL ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR FOR INTERSESSION AND ONLNE PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
Landmark College is a unique, fully accredited college for neurodivergent students with learning differences (LD), including dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and executive function challenges. Landmark provides an intentionally designed, resource-rich academic and student life model yet is also a traditional college. Reporting to the Sr. Director for Intersession and Online Program Enrollment, the Assistant or Associate Director ("Director") for Intersession and Online Program Enrollment plays a key role in achieving and sustaining ever-increasing enrollment in our short-term/intercession and LC Online programs. The Director collaborates with members of the larger Enrollment Management division as well as various groups across the College to support recruitment and enrollment, marketing, and program coordination to identify, attract, admit and enroll diverse and talented neurodiverse students in our growing intersession and online programs. This regional role is ideal for a professional living in California, either in proximity to the Bay Area Success Center or in the Greater Los Angeles area. Qualifications and Expectations: BA or BS required. Candidates are expected to have experience in admissions, ideally at a college or university, a working understanding of databases and systems, a commitment to a diverse and inclusive community, and preferably some experience with short-term and/or online programming for pre-college and college students. An understanding of LD is highly desirable. Travel on behalf of the College, ability to work weekends and after-hours, and consistent engagement and presence on campus for routine and special events efforts are requirements.
