Job Description

Responsible for providing administrative and general clerical support to management/staff within assigned division/department or unit.

Job Duties
  • Assist with student registration issues.
  • Assist with schedule of classes for the department.
  • Assist with travel processing
  • Supervise and monitor the progress of assignments delegated to student employees.
  • Collect, distribute, and file faculty forms & reports.
  • Assist with maintaining the department website, overseeing the completion of the
  • department newsletter each semester.
  • Assist in coordinating arrangements for meetings or special events. Record minutes as
  • needed.
  • Monitor and maintain department inventory of supplies, literature, promotional items, and
  • other resources.
  • Organize and maintain department files and records in accordance with university
  • retention polices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
