Job Description:

Primary responsibilities include behavioral science data collection, recruitment and retention of study participants, training, and supervising project personnel, disbursing and tracking participant payments, completion of regulatory documentation and reports, working with multi-site team members, and maintaining lab supplies and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience/licensing:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of experience in human subjects research

Communication and other skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills
• Ability to precisely follow protocols and research regulations
• Ability to work independently as well as with others as part of a collaborative team
• Ability of work with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of NIH research regulations and procedures
• Experience with REDCap databases
• Experience with the collection of physiological data using BIOPAC or an equivalent system
