Job Summary:
The Enrollment Services Center Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the Center, by providing vision, coordination, communication, and operational oversight. The Center facilitates easy access to student support services by providing comprehensive academic and enrollment support services to students, employees, and others. The Manager collaborates with campus leadership in instruction and student services to ensure the Center provides accurate and complete admission, enrollment, advising, student finance and financial aid services and information to support students, and other constituents.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience : Bachelor degree and a minimum of three years full-time equivalent experience in higher education or other related experience, including experience in a supervisory, leadership or project leadership role and/or training is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a service-focused team in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Broad and deep knowledge of enrollment services and student support services.
• Ability to develop reports and analyze data to inform decisions.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to learn and use complex software systems, including student information system, customer relations management system, document imaging, workflow, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to develop and deliver on-going training in all aspects of the operation.
