Description:  

Reporting to the Finance Manager in the Office of Revenue Accounting, the Finance Coordinator assists with financial activities including Tuition and Fee Revenue, Student Refunds, Income Fund Reimbursable Finances (IFR), and other campus-wide financial areas. 

Specific duties include but are not limited to the following: Assist in analysis and reconciliation of tuition and fee revenue and campus housing revenue; Work with Finance Manager to maintain accurate and complete financial accounting of deposits and payments through CUNYfirst; Assist with developing policies, procedures and training documents; and assist with month end close and bank reconciliation for Professional Continuing Education.
