Type of Position: Part-time Regular, Non-Exempt

Work Schedule, Hours per week: Varies depending on department needs, 25 hours per week

Pay Grade/Pay Range: $16.50-$20.63 *Actual pay depends on qualifications

Position Summary: Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor the online order specialist is responsible for processing all Amazon and Online orders and assist with all shipping needs. The online order specialist will also be responsible for maintaining the Bookstores website and ensuring the accuracy of it's information.

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two years related work required. Familiar with POS/Inventory Management system, preferably MBS, required. Ability to operate general office equipment and use MS office required. Communicate and work effectively with diverse college community.

Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:
  • Online Order and Amazon processing
  • Bookstore Website a. Responsible for listing merchandise b. Responsible for editing and making changes to website c. Ensure pricing on website is accurate d. Edit website as needed e. Administrative website duties as required
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse area
  • Additional Bookstore duties
