Miami Dade College Kendall Campus is now accepting applications for Lead CRM Technologist. The Lead CRM Technologist provides administration and support of the customer relationship management (CRM) system. This position serves as the technical point of contact and Lead for the CRM for internal stakeholders.  The Lead CRM Technologist will be working with Student Services, Marketing and the Web team on current needs, support, vendor contract management and the future expansion of Salesforce

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads the implementation of current and future CRM modules starting with recruitment and admissions, expanding to the Salesforce Education Cloud product
  • Performs technical systems administrator functions for the CRM application, including user management provisioning
  • Participates as an essential member of the CRM Operational Advisory Board
  • Attends CRM Steering Committee meetings to report on the status of CRM projects and other CRM activities
  • Implements and tests new software released for the CRM
  • Maintains and enhances the visual layout, workflow rules and business logic layer to streamline and enhance internal processes
  • Recommends CRM Options, add-ons, and solutions for MDC stakeholders in support of the college’s strategic goals Tests any new add-ons and solutions for the CRM platform
  • Develops support and training materials for the CRM, including user documentation, process improvements or system design requirements
  • Serves as the technical Lead for CRM implementation efforts, conveying best practices
  • Implements and integrates third-party products and applications on the CRM platform in conjunction with internal IT resources
  • Works with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and other third-party vendors to maintain effective operation and performance of the platform
  • Liaises between CRM representatives and internal IT departments
  • Prepares CRM management reports for leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field and seven (7) years of progressive experience in Information Technology Systems Support
