Posted Salary: Salary based on experience and education, range is $38,000 - $45,000

Job Description:

This position is a full-time professional staff member of the Office of Residence Life, responsible for providing leadership and direction to a comprehensive student development program and for the administrative operation of the on-campus FSL housing. In addition, the position will provide leadership, programming, and advising to the fraternity and sorority community. This position will also work closely with the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards to provide support and investigate student organizations’ violations. The expectation is that this is accomplished through interactions with students and staff both inside and outside of the office environment. Initiatives in this area are valued and celebrated. Emphasis is placed on creating a community where the student experience is positive, and the staff provides excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

 A Master’s degree in higher education, college student personnel, counseling or related field is required.
 Supervisory experience.
 Commitment to social justice, community advocacy, and working with students of diverse backgrounds.
 Three to Five years of experience managing residence facilities is strongly preferred. This is inclusive of any graduate-level experience in a residence hall.
