The Department of Psychology at North Carolina A&T State
University Invites applications for a 9-month, tenure-track
position at the rank of Assistant/Associate Professor, in the
area(s) of Cognitive or Behavioral Psychology I Neuroscience.
The successful candidate will actively conduct scholarly research and seek external funding. mentor students in research, teach courses related to Behavioral, Biological, and Cognitive Psychology I Neuroscience, conduct academic advising. and serve as a core faculty member within the Department. Undergraduate courses to be taught may include Principles of Learning. Memory and Cognition. Animal Behavior and Cognition, Behavior Modification, Biological Psychology, Neuropsychology. Sensation and Perception, Cognitive Neuroscience, Behavioral Neuroscience, and/or Applied Cognitive Neuroscience. The ideal candidate will also have expertise that is relevant to teaching courses and mentoring students In the Department's new MS in Health Psychology program, which will begin admitting students in 2022.
