Job Description:
The Department of History at Weber State University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Latin American History beginning Fall 2023. Specialization is open to all thematic areas and time periods.

Job Duties:
The teaching load is four courses per semester. The successful candidate is required to teach the two-part World History surveys, the two-part Latin American surveys, as well as other upper-level courses in their area of specialization.

Required Qualifications:
PhD in History is required prior to appointment. ABD candidates may apply; however, the PhD must be in hand by July 1, 2023.
