Job Description Summary
This role reports to the Chief Executive Director of Operations. Provides general administrative support to the Chief Executive Director of Operations and the Senior Executive Director, Communications and External Affairs including scheduling, financial processing and meeting prep. Provide additional assistance by staffing events and assisting Gifts, Research and Communications during high volume times. Help cover front desk 2-3 days per week and provide financial support to the Operations team.
Job Description
Targeted Pay Range: $19.50- $21.20
This Targeted Pay Range is only applicable to this job posting. All salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and job profile.
Support the Chief Executive Director of Operations and the Senior Executive Director, Communications and External Affairs by managing calendars, Concur reimbursements and services related projects as assigned.
Work cooperatively with the Gifts Administration team to support the front desk and prepare gifts received. Expected to be in office 2-3 days per week.
Provide Ben Financial support to all members of the Operations team as needed. Up hold and explain University policy in regards to financial transaction. Create and administer purchase orders, procurement card purchases and the reconciliation of budgets. Help to trouble shoot and rectify budget and purchase related issues.
Work with Research team to create financial snapshots or on other special projects. Help support PMDAR events by staffing events and helping with event prep. Work with Communications team for writing assignments or to cover events that need a written follow up. Work cooperatively with other administrative professionals within the department when needed.

Qualifications
High School Diploma and 3-5 years related experience in database, development or financial work or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor degree preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize several projects at once. Excellent organization and communication skills requires. Must be available to work Alumni Weekend and other large special events when needed. Occasionally lifting 25 pounds or less.
