Student Affairs Admin seeks candidates for and Executive Support Assistant position that will report to the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs ( AVPSA ) and will ensure the day to day operations of the office run smoothly with a high degree of professionalism.

Essential Functions

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

-Drafts and prepares various types of correspondence to include telephone calls, emails, Teams messages, memos, formal letters as well as general correspondence with department directors;

-Coordinates complex meetings with a variety of students, on and off campus constituents, department directors, central administration and contractors; manages calendar on a daily basis, anticipates potential conflicts and reschedules as necessary;

-Monitors contractual agreements, budget, payroll, prepares collection reports, vendor vouchers and purchase requisitions;

-Completes conference registration and travel plans and travel reimbursement documents;

-Maintains and monitors electronic files and signature documents;

-Ensures university policies and procedures are followed;

-Establishes and maintains a variety of networks and resources on-campus;

-Other duties as assigned.
