This is a systems administration position responsible for the operation and system health of the college’s datacenter resources, both on-premises and in the cloud. The Systems Support Specialist will possess a strong knowledge of common server operating systems, web servers, database management systems, storage arrays, backup and restore procedures, virtualization, information security and networking principles and best practices. Along with other team members, this position is responsible for capacity planning and continued process improvement.
