Position Function

In collaboration with the Director of Admissions CRM and the Admissions CRM team, support the Office of Admissions by building communications framework using HTML / CSS design elements, creating recipient queries, connecting content block data translations, to aid student recruitment and assist internal business processes; manage multiple projects simultaneously; aid in design and system troubleshooting; participate as a member of the Admissions communications team.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum Experience

One to two years of applicable job experience; computer application and system experience.

Minimum Other

Understanding of HTML / CSS ; Exceptionally strong organizational and communication skills; demonstrated ability to multi-task working with deadlines and changing environments; manage multiple projects simultaneously, possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the university’s auto fleet policy.

Authorization to work in the US

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Education

Preferred Experience

Expert understanding of HTML / CSS, websites; experience writing, digital, and web; solid understanding of technology, demonstrating strong knowledge of CRM .

Preferred Other

Experience with the Admissions CRM (Slate) solution utilized at Ball State University. Experience in a university admissions or technology area.

Pre-Employment Screening

Requires successful completion of a Drivers License check, Requires successful completion of a background check and education verification.
