Job Summary:

This position performs a variety administrative office duties.

Required Qualifications:

This is a work study position, your work study eligibility will be verified upon receipt of application.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or an equivalent, and current student in good standing at LBCC .

Knowledge and Skills:
Basic computer, keyboard knowledge, scanner, copier knowledge plus knowledge of campus helpful, but not required.

Abilities: Must be able to communicate with faculty, staff and students, work well independently and with others. Ability to interact sensitively and effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Must be able to operate a computer and/or other office equipment.

Wide System Scanner (Maps)

Computer to Label, retain and copy onto thumb drives

Organize various types of plans/maps on the thumb drive with a tickler to locate quickly when needed.

Work is performed indoors with no exposure to safety and health hazards. Considerable time may be spent working at a computer.

Essential Duties:

Assist in organizing, copying, labeling : Maps, Electronic records, backup material
Other clerical duties as needed.

Sorting and organizing large volume of college blueprints and drawings.
