For a draft of the vision and mission of LIVE please see: https://lab.vanderbilt.edu/live-lab/

We seek a renowned senior scholar whose research is grounded in the Learning Sciences with broad interests in how technology can advance life-long and life-wide learning. Ideal candidates will have an established track record of envisioning, designing, and testing cutting-edge technologies and with experience managing complex projects. Finally, we seek a colleague who will be committed to working with the increasingly diverse communities of Vanderbilt University and the city of Nashville. This position and the LIVE center will leverage extensive new hiring in both Peabody College, and in the Department of Computer Science (especially in areas of HCI, AI, machine learning, and educational technology).

Successful applicants must have a strong record of scholarship and external research funding. Additionally, the successful candidate will help lead, initiate, and participate in collaborative research projects, teacher education, and/or community partnerships.

We will review applications beginning Sept 30, 2022 and will continue until the position is filled. Applicants should submit: a letter of interest, up to three publications (or manuscripts in progress), a current vita and the names of three scholars who will write letters of recommendation.
