Job Summary

The Layered Solids Lab in the Materials Science & Engineering department at Drexel University is searching for a Post-Doctoral Researcher to work with industrial partners to develop methods to commercialize Mxenes. The applicant will be expected to work diligently and efficiently, contribute to the project intellectually, lead in writing scholarly papers and grant proposals, publish research results in appropriate refereed journals, engage in the research team activities, comply with and contribute to safety protocols, maintain equipment in the laboratory and assist in mentoring junior group members.

  • Write scholarly papers and grant proposals
  • Assist in mentoring junior group members
Required Qualifications
  • PhD or Doctorate in Materials Science and Engineering or a related field
  • 1 year of Experience
