Consistent with the values and goals of Santa Fe College, the Office of Admissions helps students begin their path to academic success through recruitment, advising, processing, and orientation.  The Office of Admissions is seeking a Digital Admissions and CRM Manager to recruit students to Santa Fe College by managing the college’s digital outreach efforts. The Digital Admissions and CRM Manager will manage the college’s CRM, Salesforce, and other digital platforms connected to the Salesforce Ecosystem. This individual will be the primary contact for 30+ offices and 115+ users of the Salesforce Ecosystem: marketing automation, social listening, information request, and the digital appointment platform.

 

  

 

Responsibilities and duties include:

 

 

  • Manage and continue to develop the SF Salesforce Ecosystem, all integrated platforms, and other digital systems, including but not limited to: Sales and Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Experience Cloud, Form Assembly, and Mogli SMS Manage all digital recruitment outreach campaigns and strategy, including email and text message campaigns, and recommend new initiatives and tactics Routinely analyze business processes and current use of Salesforce to recommend and implement new digital solutions. Deploy processes to ensure accuracy, usability, and effectiveness Serve as the primary digital contact for students seeking enrollment information about the college Keep current with the latest standards and best practices for all CRM based environments and use cases. Provide regular reports on analysis, development, maintenance, training, and other data to leadership in Salesforce user areas Interact and support with users and offices college-wide that are linked to Salesforce-related enrollment and student service platforms to provide support, training, and coordination Improve user experience, solve platform issues, invent creative solutions, and insure data integrity across the college’s Salesforce ecosystem Manage social media for the Office of Admissions and coordinate digital interaction with prospective students and influencers May supervise part-time student staff, as assigned
  • Strictly maintain the confidentiality, privacy and security of student records and other sensitive information Provide service excellence through courteous, informed, accessible and professional engagement
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Reports to: Director, Recruitment and SF Achieve

 

Qualifications

 

Required:  Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of experience with CRM administration and working with diverse stakeholders across an organization to develop technology-based solutions. Salesforce certification must be obtained within the first year of employment.

 

Additional Requirements: A criminal background check will be conducted.
