Job Description
The College of Education at Texas A&M International University (TAMIU) seeks a full-time Visiting Instructor of Educational Administration (a temporary, non-tenure track position) to begin Fall 2022. This position is for on-campus instruction of online graduate level courses and which may include face-to-face interaction with students . The position requires maintaining a regular schedule on campus and in the workplace. Primary duties will include teaching 15 semester credit hours per semester, the equivalent of five courses in Educational Administration.
Required Qualifications:
- Earned doctoral degree in Educational Administration or related field.
- Experience with online course development and teaching.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hold or be eligible to hold current teaching certification.
- Expertise in and commitment to field-based experiences.
- Experience with and/or a commitment to working with culturally-diverse and/or at-risk student populations.
- Record or evidence of potential for research and scholarly activities.
