The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business invites applications for two tenured or tenure-track positions in accounting (at Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor ranks). The appointments are expected to begin autumn 2023.

Competitive candidates should possess a doctoral degree and have a serious commitment to scholarly research and teaching, and they should be able to provide evidence of their ability and achievements commensurate with the rank sought. Candidates close to a completion of a Ph.D. degree will be considered for an appointment at an Assistant Professor rank. The department has identified the diversity of faculty to be a central and essential goal.

All research areas in accounting will be considered. While the department is also willing to consider a variety of teaching interests, the ability to incorporate data analytics in teaching is particularly appreciated.
